Hi, I’m Chatoya—a personal trainer with a passion for transformation that goes far beyond the gym. With years of experience helping hundreds of individuals feel stronger, move better, and live more confidently; I’ve seen firsthand how fitness can change lives from the inside out.
My mission? To empower women to take control of their health by building sustainable habits and making choices that support both body and mind. Whether it’s one-on-one training or high-energy group fitness, I create a space where strength is celebrated, confidence is cultivated, and progress is personal.

Through my own journey, I have learned that health and fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside. It’s about what’s happening on the inside; it’s about how you feel when you look in the mirror; and it's about how confident you feel when you put on that special occasion outfit. Leading a healthier lifestyle will help with all the above and more.
As your trainer, I will help you along with this journey. Workouts will be personalized to your fitness level, with a focus on strengthening your weaknesses. Workouts will include strength, cardio/Hiit, mobility, stabilization training, and percussion therapy. Nutrition advice will also be provided; however, advanced one on one coaching is also available.
